Through consultation, Plant the Seeds will support your team in developing a thoughtful change management, training and communication plan--critical for minimizing disruption and cost. ​​

Stepping in as your Change Management lead --in connection with an internal Change Management lead -- I will support the delivery of your organization's CM strategies, including written communications and Change Leadership Coaching.
